Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs. Large Shrimp 16/20 or Larger, Peeled and Deveined
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Ground
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ginger Ground
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Fresh, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Lime Zest
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. White Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper less if you don't want spicy.

Instructions
 

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp mixture, and saute' 4 minutes or until shrimp is done.
  • Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and remaining ingredients.
