
Shrimp with Cilantro and Lime
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Large Shrimp 16/20 or Larger, Peeled and Deveined
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Ground
- 1/4 Tsp. Ginger Ground
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Fresh, Chopped
- 1 Tsp. Lime Zest
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. White Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper less if you don't want spicy.
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp mixture, and saute' 4 minutes or until shrimp is done.
- Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and remaining ingredients.
